The "Specific Measures" focuses on the integration of economic and social development in Wutai, implements equal treatment, shares development opportunities in Wuzhou, and focuses on measures that are practical and useful. It is a refinement of "31 measures" and "80 measures in Guangxi" that benefit Taiwan compatriots. It covers a wide range of industries, including industries, finance and taxation, land use, finance, employment, entrepreneurship, education, culture, and medical care.
The "Specific Measures" clearly provided a total of 18 articles for Taiwanese enterprises to provide equal treatment for economic cooperation between the two countries.
