China Taiwan Net, December 30. Heilongjiang Taiwan Affairs Office signed an agreement with Heilongjiang Haitian Qingcheng and Grand Public Law Firm on the 24th, hiring two law firms as legal advisors for the protection of Taiwan compatriots' rights and interests.
On the signing date, Xie Jun, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Heilongjiang Province, introduced the efforts made by the Taiwan Affairs Office to promote the legalized management of Taiwan-related affairs, establish and improve legal risk prevention and control mechanisms, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwanese businessmen in Taiwan. Efforts and results achieved, and put forward requirements and expectations for legal consultants to participate in the research and judgment of legal risks in Taiwan-related cases, the coordination of major Taiwan-related cases, and the daily legal consultation of Taiwanese businessmen and Taiwanese businessmen.
The establishment of a legal advisory system marks a solid step for the Heilongjiang Provincial Taiwan Affairs Office to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan businessmen and to promote the legalization of Taiwan-related affairs management.
