China Taiwan Net, December 3rd According to Taiwan ’s “China Times”, recently, Cai Yingwen ’s “Thesis Door” has become a hot topic for public opinion on the island, whether it is the Blue Camp or the Green Camp or the “Independent Party”. It's all controversial. Recently, Taiwanese aesthetics artist Lin Huanqiang added another piece of firewood to this matter. He provided five major evidences and questioned that the title of associate professor Tsai Ing-wen who taught at the Taiwan University of Political Science was false.
Lin Huanqiang recently published a post on Facebook that "the vice president of Taiwan Chengchi University suspected fictional two time points for the employment of Cai Yingwen" and said that on November 28th, "Legislative Yuan Public Hearing" Taiwan Chengchi University Vice-principal Wang Wenjie revealed two time points that may be fictional, which apparently conflict with the time points held by many people (including Peng Wenzheng, Ou Chongjing, and Lin Huanqiang). He appealed that the Taiwan University of Political Science and the Taiwan authorities "Ministry of Education" not to keep Tsai Ying-wen's personnel files, and not to become an accomplice structure for the entire Tsai Ying-wen's dissertation.
He said that Vice President Wang Wenjie revealed two points that should be fictitious at the public hearing. First, he said that Tsai Ing-wen was directly appointed as an associate professor at the Taiwan University of Political Science on August 1, 1984. There was no so-called "promotion" Second, he also said that Tsai Ing-wen was first hired for post-trial review at that time. After the review was passed, the Taiwan authorities ’education department sent a letter of review to Tsai Ing-wen ’s letter of appointment on January 15, 1986.
In this regard, Lin Huan wall put forward five points of evidence:
First, if August 1st, 1984 was the time when Cai Yingwen first hired Taiwan University of Political Science, how could she be the supervising professor of Lin Ye (Cai Yingying) master's thesis? Don't forget, Lin Ying clearly stated in the preface of the thesis that he passed the oral exam in the spring of 1984!
Secondly, on May 23, 1983, Taiwan University of Political Science received a job application document with the code number "Stay 2823" regarding Cai Yingyang's recommendation from others. The content of this official document has the following two keywords: "Cai Yingwen, a student from the United Kingdom," and "please give me priority to see the reply." It is very clear that after Cai Yingwen withdrew from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on November 10, 1982, she lost her UK student visa status and must leave the UK at the latest within two months. Because of this, on May 23, 1983, she had been recommended by a trustee to Taiwan Political University for a teaching position.
Third, after receiving the official document, the Taiwan University of Political Science issued a personnel document with the letter "Politician 1123" about a week later on May 31. Two key words were also found in this official document: "Case for a student from the UK, Ms. Cai Yingwen," and "Law." Although the full text of the official document cannot be seen, from the analysis of the keywords found in the above two official documents, the Taiwan University of Political Science issued the "Politician 1123" official document. It should be a personnel dispatch order to hire Tsai Ing-wen as a "guest teacher" since August 1983. . With such a personnel arrangement, Cai Yingwen could possibly be the "guest teacher" to guide Lin Yi's master thesis, wouldn't he?
Fourth, as mentioned above, in the public hearing, Vice President Wang Wenjie said that the Taiwan authorities' "Ministry of Education" sent a letter of review to Cai Yingwen's letter of appointment on January 15, 1986. However, the official document could not be found on the agency's archive directory query network. Was Cai Yingwen's associate professor qualification not approved at the time?
Fifth, he found a surprising official personnel order document in the agency archives directory. It was issued by the Taiwan University of Political Science at that time on May 9, 1990. This document has four keywords: "Cai Yingwen", "Law", "Full-time Associate Professor" and "Employment Letter". Synthesizing these four keywords, he analyzed that the official document on May 9, 1990 was the letter of appointment of Tsai Ing-wen's full-time associate professor at the Taiwan University of Political Science. So where did the time when the Vice President Wang Wenjie mentioned the "January 15, 1986" issue of the appointment letter of associate professor? How to explain that Tsai Ing-wen still claimed to be a "guest associate professor" instead of an "associate professor" in the June 1986 law review?
He shouted that he urged Taiwan ’s National Chengchi University and the education authorities of the Taiwan authorities to come out and not to keep Tsai Yingwen ’s personnel files in custody, and not to become an accomplice structure for Tsai Yingwen ’s “thesis door”. (China Taiwan Net Jia Ruolan)
