Zheng Chiping: Mainland China has a complete range of industries, its manufacturing industry ranks first in the world, and its industrial technology level is rapidly improving. In order to promote the high-quality development of the mainland's manufacturing industry, relevant departments have issued a series of policies and measures and management measures to guide and support various market players to give play to their respective advantages, participate in the development of major technical equipment and the construction of enterprise technology centers on an equal basis.
