According to the notice, relevant tax incentives can be applied to the employment and entrepreneurship bases and demonstration sites that have successfully applied for state-level technology business incubators, university science parks, and national filing space. From January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021, national and provincial technology business incubators, university science parks, and national filing space for self-use and provision of real estate for use by incubated objects for free or by rent , Land, exempt from real estate tax and urban land use fee; income from the provision of incubation services to the incubated objects is exempt from value-added tax.

The measures introduced this time are aimed at clarifying that eligible youth employment and entrepreneurship bases and demonstration sites on both sides of the Taiwan Straits can apply for and enjoy policy preferences, which will create a better environment for the development of bases and demonstration sites and for Taiwan's young people to innovate and start business in the mainland.
