The China Culture and Art Government Award Animation Award is a national government award established to prosper the creation of animation works, cultivate animation talents, expand the international influence of animation, and promote the development of the animation industry. The award is evaluated every three years. Since its establishment in 2011, the award has been selected three times in a row. It has set a weather vane in the animation industry to guide the direction of creativity and industry development. With the deepening of cross-strait economic and cultural exchanges, more and more Taiwan compatriots engaged in the animation industry on the mainland. The 4th China Culture and Arts Government Awards and Animation Awards will start to collect works in 2020.
