China Taiwan Net, December 26. According to Taiwan ’s “China Times” newspaper, in response to the DPP ’s “Legislative Yuan” party group ’s majority advantage, it passed the “Reverse Infiltration Law” at the end of the year. Candidate Hong Xiuzhu bombarded the Democratic Progressive Party on the 25th, breaking all rules and regulations in a hurry, seriously violating the basic principles of Taiwan's constitutional regulations and is a complete dictatorship. Hong Xiuzhu emphasized that the DPP ’s unlimited "National Security" issue is entirely an election consideration, and it is intended to passively prevent Taiwanese businessmen from returning to Taiwan to vote.
Hong Xiuzhu said that she supports the need to maintain "national security" related laws based on security issues, but in the past six months, the DPP has changed from the so-called "CCP agent law", "the five national security laws", "national intelligence work law" to "reverse penetration law" The draft, which is infinite, is entirely an election consideration.
Hong Xiuzhu said that once the "Reverse Osmosis Law" passes, it will bring great harm to the democracy, freedom and human rights that Taiwan is developing. Not only is democracy driving backwards, but also restricting cross-strait peaceful exchanges and restricting people's freedom of speech. It is fundamentally more authoritarian than the age of authoritarianism, and more martial law than the age of martial law. Hong Xiuzhu pointed out that the biggest problem with the law is that the definition of the law is ambiguous, especially the "overseas hostile forces" and "source of infiltration" are unclear, and it will be implicated after implementation. The law may include Taiwan businessmen and their relatives, Taiwan officials, Taiwanese students, or Taiwanese who travel to the mainland. Once passed, almost all cross-strait non-governmental exchanges will be successful.
Hong Xiuzhu bluntly stated that opposition and hatred are cheap nutrients for political struggles. For the sake of the election, the DPP rushed through the barriers and forced the customs to defend the Constitution. It called on all people to stop the evil law. (Wang Lin from Taiwan, China)
